when I was there the other day ..
the radio said ..
gas would hit $ 4 per gallon  'by the end of the week' .......

and that in San Francisco area they are at $ 4.05 per gal..
that in LA high 4's .....currently.  ( google could easily tell us for
sure )
and expecting $ 5 per gal by this summer if the sword rattling and
threats back and forth you-know-where don't simmer down some.
