Oddly the wire racks were rusted in places and peeling their vinyl coating. I removed the coating, so peeling with a knife and finished it off in the self cleaning oven cycle. They are bare as a newborn's hind quarters! Any idea where I could get them recoated with vinyl? I bought a can of Plasti dip, but I would need to buy a lot of that stuff to get it deep enough to dip. Any leads? Or find shelves from a later model. Mine has aluminum bare metal shelves, and they've never corroded beyond the microlayer that is common to most air exposed aluminum. I'm sure there are some around from folks getting rid of their refrigerator or who are parting out a van. mcneely > > Best, > Finn -- David McNeely
