So in the wake of the discussion on cooling of automatic transmission
fluid, I am once again indulging my instrumentation fetish, this time by
adding a transmission oil temperature gauge. I want to put the sensor on
the UNcooled side, but can't find any indication as to which of the two
ports is the outbound one. Anyone know offhand whether it's the upper or
lower?
