Scott, Full Moon Bus Club is an interesting site. I went to the Forum/Tech Talk and searched "engine o/h". Several nice threads on engine o/h's were listed. Also, a whole bunch of Boston Bob's posts have been collected and are on the site. http://fullmoonbusclub.com/search.php?q=engine+o%2Fh&r=0&ref=forum&s=Search Copy and paste the above and the search results are listed in the center/bottom of the page. '96' refers to diameter in mm and not year I assume. On 3/1/2012 6:52 AM, phil cain wrote: > A 2.2L engine is a 2.1L with 96 P/L's on it, where to get the rings is the only problem I forsee. It is a simple re-build, the only difference is on the bearings, you have to be careful putting the front bearing on (#1) , with the spacers and all, re-place the oil pump, and rod cap bolts. have the rods re-sized hone the liners, new rings. Look on http://fullmoonbusclub.com/news.php thec section,I have shown how to O/H the engine. >
