I have described this rust free Syncro as well as possible and with some
Lite humor.

It's all there and I truly believe it will run with very little effort BUT.

Engine oil looks fine, no obvious leaks from heads, coolant pipes/hoses or
anywhere except radiator (as noted).

Worst body damage is driver's door and rear hatch and I would recommend that
buyer simply replace rather than try to repair.

I'm in no rush to sell and if I find some time in the next few weeks I will
make it run and raise the price accordingly.

Once it's running I will likely start sourcing the additional parts needed
to make it purdy and again, raise the price accordingly.

If you hurry you will have time to get it ready for SyncroFest!
