Probably something like a long bolt or piece of all-thread, proper size
pushers like a big socket or pipe section, nuts, washers, cold chisel,
punch, hammer, dremel.

Yeah, now that I think about it, I've done the front with no
press.  How can you do it with the bearing housing still on the
van?  Some sort of puller?
