Last week I wrote about the rear hatch struts for my Vanagon that were
purchased from GoWesty.  They had attachment points that were not stock,
would require a non stock type mounting.  Even though what was apparently
needed for the install was included I was not happy and to them so.  And a
very polite and accommodating response  was received.  They are providing
the UPS return label and will give me a full refund.  I commend GoWesty for
good and fair customer service, thank you.
