It's a Commando 520-S, from the paperwork I have.  I don't remember
where I bought it, as it was years ago.

The rear is just a trunk release, as I can't see that you could use a
normal actuator to unlock the door.  Maybe a >85 rear door could be
pillaged for parts :o)
