The air deflector cardboards that live in various places behind the rad
grill are in pretty poor shape. Fallen loose, one is torn across a
narrow portion and is hanging on by a thread.

Are there patterns or replacements available?

I see that Bentleys has some mods to the cardboards to help with "hot
footwell" issue.
