I just wanted to say I've always had similarly great experiences with Ken. I just finished an engine swap project, and apart from walking me through parts I should have around ahead of time, Ken came through with a last minute order when it turns out I had a problem with my distributor. Order one day, get it the next. Pretty unbelieveable! And when you're doing a big project (or a small one), there's nothing like having someone who knows vanagons on the other end of the phone whose happy to answer your questions. (I plan to post a recap of the swap project soon) I would like to thank those who gave me tips on how to best proceed with > replacing/rebooting my front axles on my syncro.
