Just took the wife to the hospital on Sunday here in B.C. She had fallen and
broken her toes on one foot and torn her ligaments on the other ankle. My
worthless socialist program health care system had us in and out in 1 hour.
She showed them her worthless gov't Care Card, got x-rayed, taped up her
toe, casted her other foot, watched her walk on crutches to see if she was
ok, gave her a cup of tea, some pain meds, and wheelchaired her out to my
car. Sure wish I could have paid a lot of money for it so I wouldn't feel so
guilty. ;-) BTW, gas on the Island here is 1.339/litre right now.
