puts it at around the high 4's for a US gallon.
 
as is well known, a liter is a little more than a qt ..
4 liters make a bit more than a US gallon.
 
 
To Keep It Simple, Say:  3.78 L equals 1 US GAL.
so $1.13/L equals $4.27/US Gal  (in Cdn $)
