one factor is,  do they come with the alloy wheel lug nuts and mounting
bolts,
and center caps ?
And what condition are they in ?
a really nice full set 'could' be worth that much.

my favorite slightly largish 14 inch tire is the 27 X 8.50 R14 LT
..'just right'  IMO , Little hard to find though.
