Use a filter in your email client program to place a copy of your
outgoing message in your Vanagon mailbox, and SET VANAGON ACK to make
sure your message has been distributed.

If you find Gmail spam filtering too aggressive, set a gmail filter
to disable spam filtering on mail from *  .
