http://www.autosafety.org/node/73450 Our bed wasn't right, either- adjustments didn't help. I had to tack a narrow strip of molding along bed edge to get it to lie on top of the ledge the way it's supposed to. At least we never fell out- strong stuff that plywood. <G> Geo/ATL
