Hi all.  I haven't been on the list for the past three years as I've
been recovering from my Goodpasture's syndrome.  The kidneys still don't
function and I am on peritoneal dialysis but at least, this way, I can
travel and go camping.

Many of you expressed good wishes via email and I fully intended to
reply to each individually but "Murphy's Law" got in the way.  My
computer crashed big time and I had to reinstall the whole system. None
of my old email could be saved.  I'm really sorry.

I really missed you guys and all that goes on here on the list.  I was
somewhat surprised to find, that after reading the mail for a week, it
is like I never left!  The questions are the same, the answers are the
same and the off topic banter is no different than it was in 2009.  Love it.

Mary and I are in Maine right now but we'll be leaving for Virginia in
about a week.  Sadly, we had to miss busfusion and West River Westies
this time but we're looking forward to future events.
