dyno or idle/2500 RPM?

The 86 and later vans were all 50 state versions. If all is well it will
pass. Being a Syncro they will only doe the idle and 2500 rpm test. No dyno.

I have a stock 1986 Syncro and I am wondering if it will or can be made to

I don't live in Cally but might be soon.
