Not these particular ones. Wire Bales are kinda Ok but the bales rust out.... :-(
After two sets of OEM Vw painted covers rusted through in short order, I installed a bolt-on set of Cast Al covers. Worked Ok for 10 years and some 300K Kms. Were showing signs of corrosion but no oil leaks.

Now a piece of history. Replaced with a Zetec and its plastic valve cover!
