Start with the relays, fuses and wiring in the left rear pillar. Look for
the burned up stuff. 
Does the compressor turn on? If not could also be a bad fan switch or a
harness connector. 
If the compressor turns on without the radiator fan check the resister
behind the left headlight or again back to the relays in the rear.
