Not that it answers your question directly, but in my experience when one
fails the other is often not far behind. I wish I had a dollar for every
customer who ordered one, and then ordered the other a few months later.
(Okay, technically I have about 47 dollars for each time it happens. :-)
The parts aren't particularly expensive so it's probably worth just
replacing both and being done with it.
