To DIY you'll need a grinder a welder and a press or access to one, lower ball joints are pressed into the spindles, need to grind off spot welds on upper control arm to remove old bushings and a press would be nice to help remove and install new ones to prevent large hammer damage and a welder to spot weld in the new bushings, and a press was needed to remove lower control arm bushings too!! The rest is stubborn rusty fastening hdwr so a good penetrating oil too!! All was done in my yard and help from my neighbors machine shop!!
