Hi, it's been maybe 15 years .. I had a nice stay at Bella Pacific Campground I think it is.. a commercial type campground... right on the bluff overlooking the wide ocean beaches.. on your left going into Tofino. They had new open buildings with showers etc. Age wasn't a factor . Seemed like the area was fairly 'tight' .. I didn't notice any real Ninja camp sites or back roads. Gotta go to Tofio at least once. That area btw, it the only place one can drive to the open wild ocean in western canada. scott On 9/5/2012 1:14 PM, Courtney Hook wrote: > After reading the tripadvisor reviews, maybe it's for the younger crowd?? > Courtney > > http://www.tripadvisor.ca/Hotel_Review-g154942-d671240-Reviews-Bella_Pacifica-Tofino_Vancouver_Island_British_Columbia.html > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Trevor Reynolds" <gneiss9@GMAIL.COM> > To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> > Sent: Wednesday, September 05, 2012 12:44 PM > Subject: Camping Vancouver Island > > > To the Vancouver Island Contingent on the list, who has camped in and > around Tofino and what is your favourite site?
