Thanks to those that offered moral support and suggestions when Wu-Wei went on strike last week. I reported that she suddenly & quietly lost the benefit of forward movement due to the transmission not working or the clutch not engaging� or whatever (can you tell I'm not a mechanic?}.
Anyway I got her analyzed and fixed at the Beetle Shop in Belfast, Maine. The reason for the sudden & quiet loss of 1st & 2nd gears without any forewarning remains a mystery.� Any ideas?
Wu-Wei is now back on the road,
 running smooth & we're gearing up for an extended trip to southwest Florida.�
