Helpful to get user experience which I needed regardless of FedEx info, but FWIW, asked US FedEx about this. They forwarded my query to Canadian FedEx (why I don't know). Conversation: Me: I'm a Canadian citizen living in Canada. If I purchase a product online from US vendor and they ship via Fedex Ground to a US Fedex outlet address, what info do I need to pickup my purchase at that Fedex outlet? ID, tracking number sufficient? Much thanks, Neil. reply: Thank you for contacting FedEx. You would need to bring two ids and the tracking number.
