Well, if I were the only one who worked on it, the explanation could be simple incompetence, but others, professionals, tried. The automotive window/skylight shop owner refused payment for the half day his workers put on it, but I paid anyway. His workers, like in most automotive shops, work by piecework pay. He passed what I paid on to the workers, or actually told me to just pay them directly. mcneely ---- The Bus Depot <vanagon@BUSDEPOT.COM> wrote: > > My skylight came from you. I have never heard of anyone having trouble with the OEM spec skylights, or needing an oversized gasket. A defective gasket could probably be ruled out since they are cut off a roll; if one was bad we'd have gotten hundreds back. (Besides, you tried two.) Sorry, gotta say I'm at a complete loss to explain this one. > > - Ron Salmon > The Bus Depot, Inc. > www.busdepot.com > (215) 234-VWVW > > _____________________________________________ > Toll-Free for Orders by PART # : 1-866-BUS-DEPOT -- David McNeely
