Sorry for the late reply to this I was having some connection issues.

They decided to get a tow to their destination at the state park. I
appreciate all of the suggestions and I will call him and pass the
information on. He said he has had a similar problem before. If he needs
one I think I have a starter for an auto here somewhere. However, he seemed
fairly confident it was the neutral saftey switch.

Will keep you all posted.
