RE: 3M VHB tape in hot weather?  Don't know, I avoid hot weather. :)  But
considering all the various uses for this stuff (body panels, etc.) I'd
expect it to hold up pretty well.
One thing I forgot to mention, this stuff ain't cheap.  IIRC the smallest
roll I could find to order online was $22. But it sure solved what had been
an ongoing annoyance for me for several years now.
