Scott is correct and my memory was faulty. The bad sensor that I took out was 22 mm and the replacement was 24 mm. I went and bought a 23 mm in error and then discovered that I already had a 22 mm deep socket that worked. Went back to Lowes to get a 24 mm deep socket to install the new sensor because the impact grade 24 that I had was too thick. The bad sensor with the 22 mm hex is so rusty that there are no numbers remaining on the metal. There appears to be a number: 50950 on the plastic next to the terminal but it is hard to read. Doesn't seem to google to anything reasonable.
