After changing out a water pump in Cody Wyoming, I explained the
bleeding procedure to the mechanic who looked at me as if I was an alien.

  We we ended up doing the job his way, on the level, drove the bus to Cali
and then back across the country to Atlanta.  I don't remember if
additional coolant was ever needed, but think not.
