I personally think it's overkill, my mechanic disagrees with me.

Bostig recommends 10W30 I believe but my oil cap says 5W30.

Difficult to know. I guess that my thought is this:

I spent > $7k on this so until the cost of oil changes gets anywhere
close I'm going to err on the side of caution and listen to the experts.
