It's extremely easy to get to, it's just sitting there right next to
the blower motor.  Oh yes, you do have to take the dash off and open
the heater box.  That part's not quite so easy.

Bentley tells you to split the welded tabs on the heater box with a
knife; but it's much more practical to simply saw them off using a
jeweler's saw, coping saw or similar.  They're of no further use as
you have to reassemble the box with a set of metal spring clips.
