these services are worth the fee IF all accidents and repairs have been reported to an insurance co. where they do the math to determine every one's rates. also, plates can be transferred to another vehicle which can leave another grey area. then, of course, there's issues with info gathering/tracking. IDK what the price is but, it's a nice offer; you're generous to offer. my Van was ran by the seller so I'm out, thanks. � � mike
