Tom, What detergent is used in Cascade dishwashing gel or powder? http://www.pg.com/productsafety/msds/fabric_and_homecare/dishwashing_products/Cascade_Gel_Phosphate_Free.pdf I don't see a detergent listed in the msds of phosphate free gel, has it other ingredients that help in cleaning dishes and have no place in a cooling system. such as bleach, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide. I'm sure you can find a better surfactant source. alistair On 2012-12-27, at 8:43 AM, Tom Hargrave wrote: > Yes, Water Wetter is a surfactant - it reduces the surface tension of water > so that it gets closer to metal parts like the inside of your radiator > tubes, the water side of your heads & cylinders etc. Cascade is also a > surfactant, also known as a detergent. > > Thanks, Tom Hargrave > www.stir-plate.com > www.towercooler.com > www.kegkits.com > www.grow-sun.com > > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Alistair Bell [mailto:albell@shaw.ca] > Sent: Thursday, December 27, 2012 9:19 AM > To: Tom Hargrave > Cc: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM > Subject: Re: Was E15 fuel, now Snake Oil > > Cascade?
