That Dodge may actually be an ASE conversion.  They did American vans too as
well as the VW's for Riviera Motors.

I was surfing the Vans thread on the advrider.com Shiny Things forum, mostly
devoted to motorcycle haulers of various types. �One guy took a recent GM
Express or Savanna and added a bay poptop. �Actually looks pretty good. �He
modified the roof sticker to read WTFalia. Could not find that post again on
the lengthy thread but searched and found a picture of another such mod on a
Dodge, that name now evidently applying to all such transplants. �Pic link
