So how far was it driven consuming that much fuel? I suggest an oil change
and find out what is wrong. This much consumption if due to a fuel metering
issue can dilute the oil, wash it off the cylinder walls leading to
excessive wear and even damage. The catalyst and O2 sensors are probably now
toasted.
