Last May I purchased my '85 Westy in Seattle for $7000, asking was $9950. 145k miles, no rust, all there, but top canvas needed replacing and rear window seal also needed replacing. Engine is weak, so a Subie is next. Private parties always think their rigs are worth way more than they are. Good luck! Virginia/Wash DC) on Craigslist-WOW! Seems like a lot of dreamers out there when it comes to pricing, even a local '84 which from the photos appears to be in average condition for 12K! It even has a front turn signal missing in one photo, which I'm hoping for 12K has been replaced with a gold plated one. So, that leads me to ask, like Rick on Pawn Stars says, "Asking...or getting?"
