There is a device, called an ice scraper, that can handle it pretty quickly. They are available anywhere car related stuff is sold in most of the country, but maybe not in coastal California. Or, the defroster will take it off pretty quickly (well, not quickly on a Vanagon, but most modern vehicles have a pretty fast warm up). mcneely > > BenT > > sent from my electronic leash > > On Feb 9, 2013, at 6:36 AM, MICHAEL H <vwdash80@YAHOO.COM> wrote: > > > never too soon for a family outing , regardless of the weather ! about 8" of white to clear here. we've actually had a soft winter around these parts. waiting to hear from Dennis. the Island was close to ground zero storm convergence. again. mike > > > > > > ________________________________ > > From: Alistair Bell <albell@SHAW.CA> > > To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM > > Sent: Friday, February 8, 2013 9:06 PM > > Subject: Friday -for you on the east coast of NA > > > > Weather bad eh?
