My apologies to those on multiple forums where these questions are crossposted. Some T3's in other markets, especially in Europe got extra large windshield washer tanks because they doubled as headlight washer tanks. There are two pumps on the body of the tank. One is the same as that found on your Vanagon. The second pump is a high pressure unit similar to the ones found in VW & Audi products with headlights washers. Well, I was testing pumps last night in the process of finding a good one to send to Alistair. That got me motivated to start connecting the squirters in my Doka. The plumbing is a no brainer. Hoses just 'T' together. The wiring on the other hand left me with a question. How does one operate the headlight washers? Should they be wired with the windshield washer pump? The gauge is much thicker for the high pressure pump which leads me to believe there might be a separate circuit for it. Can anyone shed any light or have pics of how the pumps are wired? I've found pics online but only for plumbing the tank. TiA, BenT sent from my electronic leash
