Please, let's not have this age-old battle. This isn't something new.

Everyone has their own way. Some top-post, some bottom-post, some do
in-line replies.

Different people have different styles of communicating. When we want to
interact with others we have to be flexible.

It sucks for people who are in digest mode, but by the very nature of
getting the messages in digest mode you aren't looking to have a
interactive conversation.
