   Sportsmobile (factory order) offers a layout much like a T3 Westy across
its lines of van conversions - regular or extended wheelbase, models RB-50
or EB-50.  For  the Sprinter, it's designated 150S.  I have never seen
these guys displaying their wares at an RV show.  They will sell you
whatever you wish to have them build.
