I had to have my front heater blower replaced, and I had my VW mechanic replace the heater coil, windshield washer motor and windshield washer pump at the same time. Yes, I can wash my windshield now. However, it takes about three seconds for the fluid to get to the jets. Once I stop the washing process, all the fluid in the line returns to the reservoir. Is this suppose to happen? Is there a check valve that can be installed to keep fluid in the lines? John
