Thanks John, I'm looking forward to your research. The nice thing about the right degree of tint is being able to change clothes without pulling all the curtains. My EVC had a medium tint, and people inside were invisible, at least on bright days. Shortly - next week - I'll put together some materials about window tints - their design, construction and function. It's really surprising how hi-tech these things are. From shiny finish to matte finish, from reflective surface to absorptive surface(matte finish) - they each work in different ways. And because of it - prices can vary a lot. But I want everyone to have absolutely clear understanding about what they would get for their money. So bear with me, while I get the facts together. BTW - Vanagon windows take 47 sq ft of window tint - virtually double most any car = maybe a grunt more. Thanks. John
