one other thing that may help.

with "THAT"  link copied, sign out of gmail, then check link. Even in
a different browser.

I also find that useful when pointing to an entire album. It's
possible the URL (address) changes if signed into gmail or not.

But ya. I normally open the image in a new window and use that link.
