front or rear bumper ???
did I miss that somewhere ?

the front bumper is held to the body by two 8 X 1.25 common standard
metric bolts.
there are no bolts through the top of the bumper.

the rear bumper is a different story ..same bolt thread though, to the
brackets, 4   screws there.
