There is a glut currently in the world aluminum market, fwiw.
It is endlessly recycle-able, one of it'sseveral postive attributes.
Far cheaper to recycle than produce from raw materials most likely.

I like 'em , for 14's, the alloys.
27 X 8.50R14 LT ....a real good size and stiffnessfor Vanagons, for a 14.
