Well, as David says it's Friday in Saigon.  So, I thought a good Friday
thread would be "Vanagon truisms," pithy comments you can sprinkle in your
future emails, particularly for newbies.

I'll start it off:

.         All Vanagon Westfalias look really cool-especially from a
distance.

.         Everyone wants to pass a Vanagon, no matter how fast it is going.

.         Corollary to above:  No one will let a Vanagon pass them.

.         Anyone who has a car less than 10 years old will suffer extreme
culture shock driving a Vanagon.
