Ken, thanks so much for this useful video.  I do that routine myself
every once in a while, especially when the lower track begins to sound
particularly gritty.

   One question that I need to ask you- is there any adjustment for that
rear latch post on the body?  The back end of our slider has an occasional
bad habit of popping loose.
