Looking for a throttle cable for my Eurovan/Audi powered Vanagon.  The
engine side of the cable has a "ball" end that attaches to the throttle
bellcrank and has an adjustable strain relief anchor.  Can't seem to find a
cable that looks like this in the usual sites; Go Westy (Go Westy Parts),
Van Caf�, Airhead Parts, Bus Depot, Vanagain.

The cable covering melted during my engine fire.  Fortunately for me the PO
had a spare cable under the rear seat, but I would like to keep a spare
around.

Any ideas where to get one of these?
