Presuming you actually mean: "can I determine if there is rust on the inner body panels,
behind the kitchen cabinets, without removing the kitchen cabinets?"

If that is so, no. Unless your definition of "easy" is to remove the cabinets. If you have ANY
rust on the exterior horizontal seam, below the kitchen utility ports, above the propane
tank, then you have internal panel rust.
