So I get my Bentley's out and study the set up of the CC, and get ready to follow the troubleshooting guide. First, pull the instrument cluster out and look for the control box. It is in the opposite side from where the book says it is and looks nothing like the drawing in the book. Oy!

So after staring at the space where my instrument cluster was, I call the shop for some advice. They said it still sounded like the CC was stock, but the speedo may not be, and is missing some connection. I will take it in and let them take a look.
